Here’s a simple way to make a tasty Blue Cheese Dressing for garlic lovers. I prefer to use a 1 quart mason jar with a sealable lid. Begin with 1 dry packet of Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix and prepare as instructed. Then add about 4 ounces of blue cheese crumbled,one fourth cup of fresh chives cut from green onion and two fresh garlic cloves (medium to large size) finely graded. Stir or hand shake and refrigerate. Keeps two weeks in refrigerator. Great for salads of course however you gotta have this when serving fried or grilled chicken wings. Hope ya like it !!
